It provides a place for its worshippers to pray and contemplate as well as being a hub for educational programs and other everyday services.
Water For Life
As the Alif Foundation, we aim to provide access to clean water for people in African villages suffering from water scarcity by opening water wells.
Programs
As per the program, AF undertakes the responsibility of distributing fresh meat in some of the most vulnerable places in the regions where we work.
ALIF FOUNDATION does development in remote villages, empowering rural communities by providing the necessities of life from Water, Sanitation, Education, Livelihood and Socio-Economic Development thus lifting them out of poverty.
ALIF is also fighting against the hunger.
- Because, the long-term effects of hunger go beyond health. Poor nutrition leads to poor performance in school and fewer opportunities. Children’s brains will not fully develop and their bodies will be stunted.
- This has a devastating and harmful effect on families, communities and countries. Malnutrition increases disease by weakening the immune system, making it vulnerable to the effects of diarrhoea, tuberculosis, malaria, HIV and AIDS
- Hunger is not an incurable disease or an unavoidable tragedy. We can make sure no child goes without food.
